The Civilian Personnel Office is open by appointment. Please call or email one of our organization boxes listed below. We will respond to customers as quickly as possible.

The Civilian Personnel Office provides advisory services to commanders/senior leadership, managers, supervisors and appropriated fund employees on civilian personnel management, staffing, labor and employee relations, affirmative employment programs, resources and human capital management.

Scott AFB is the global mobility and transportation hub for the Department of Defense. Our servicing population is 3,000 civilians. Customers include U.S. Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, 18th Air Force, 932nd Air Wing, 635th Supply Chain Operations Wing, 618th Air Operations Center and Cyber Squadrons.

We are located in Southern Illinois about twenty minutes from St. Louis. It’s a great way to experience the best of Midwest living: a suburban atmosphere with good schools and all the amenities of a big city nearby! Enjoy an afternoon at the city Zoo, Aquarium, Science Center, Blues hockey or Cardinals baseball game, the Fabulous Fox theatre and America’s oldest and largest outdoor musical theatre the Muny in Forest Park.
